Like other business goals, quality improvements are achieved as a result of management commitment, planning and implementation. This involves an understanding of what is needed, the organisation of staff and facilities to fulfill those requirements, and the maintenance of systems that enable continuous feedback, measurements and improvement of quality procedures.

The principles of Quality Assurance call for all employees to adopt a systematic and disciplined approach to their activities in order to achieve products and service of a consistently high quality. The Quality Management System operated by Steadfast Roofing Limited. Has been designed and implemented to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

A commitment to auditing is one of the keystones of our quality system and this is carried out in accordance with a documented internal and external audit schedule.

All employees and representatives of Steadfast Roofing Limited. are expected to act in a courteous and helpful manor, whilst looking after the best interests of the company and it's clients.

It is part of the Company's training program that this policy is understood, complemented and maintained at all levels in the company.
