Customer Care Roofing Operatives (Bedfordshire) - January 2023
We are looking for two teams of customer care operatives (ideally one experienced operative and one improver operative) to undertake minor roof repairs, such as missing vent tiles/lead pointing etc. Working at heights.
Good roofing knowledge and customer communication skills are very important. Vehicle and fuel provided. Sub-Contractor or employee status available. Remuneration subject to experience. Immediate start.

External Contracts Manager (Essex) - January 2023
Due to the continued growth of our organisation, we require an additional External Contracts Manager to manage all aspects of site work.
The role involves working both in an office and on sites across Essex/Suffolk.
Key Attributes;
Excellent management skills - programming, planning and multi-tasking
Able to work independently and on own initiative
Great attention to detail
Good at problem solving & decision making
Strong knowledge of building, material components, building regulations & H&S
Ability to oversee works on site, ensuring quality is met
Motivated and organised, with good time management
Results driven and customer focused
Excellent interpersonal skills
The ability to manage own workload and areas of responsibility
The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of contracts, which will include;
Ordering and organisation of materials, plant and labour for site
Planning and coordinating works on site
Managing labour resource, ensuring efficiency
Attending progress and other senior management/client meetings
Liaising with site management, roofing trades and management team to ensure continuity of works/materials
Addressing client issues/queries
Ensuring client satisfaction during site handover
Ensuring sites are completed in budget, to standard, and on time
Quality inspections on site

Roofing Estimator required for long established roofing contractor based in Sharnbrook. Ideally immediate start.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of the team. The successful candidate will be fully supported and given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.
Skills Required: Conversant with MS packages in particular Swift-Est; excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines; self-motivated; team player.
